What a beautiful way to start the day! [IMG]

Edited to add: this is a black mottled bantam cochin chick. I only had 2 eggs make it to the hatcher, so 1 down, 1 to go...and today is day 21. These eggs were in the USPS Priority mail system for 11 days!

Congrats! Crossing my fingers for egg #2 because #1 definitely will need a buddy. [IMG]

No worry, everyone...I've got 1 Welsummer and 2 BLRW chicks that are 3 days old, so everyone will be brooding together soon. [IMG]

Michelle, I can't wait till I can hatch some of those little dollies. My new little hen is not laying just yet but it will not be long. The rooster is a gentleman and has not been to energetic with her so that is good.
