    A Sanelli Heavy Kitchen Cleaver from Italy! The best thing on the packaging said, "The ergonomic shape brings a sharp reduction in user fatigue." Don't want to tire out when it is meat chicken time. [​IMG]

    Looks like it will slice and dice meat pretty well!

    But if it were me I'd only use it to slice and dice and not for hatchet type head removal.

    I have been wondering about those cleavers. Is the weight balanced really well in your hand? Can you feel it balanced when you grip it? Is the grip on the handle a comfortable fit for your hands?

    I see things online that I really want to try out but I most often don't buy them because I can't actually hold them and get a feel for it first.
