We are new at the "farm thing". Our family just made an great Chicken Tractor and now we're ready for 4 chickens that are already laying. We're having trouble finding any in our area. zip code is 01366. any help would be greatly appreciated as we are "newbies"

You might check out Nevins Farm SPCA in Methuen. They have hens for adoption. They are rescue hens and some have some bad habits (egg eating), but they're all looking for good homes.
