My friend's quail lay a lot of eggs but they don't hatch them. I live in Namibia and we can't buy incubators because no one sells them. I built my own but the eggs never got to hatching! They would all develop perfectly until the last few days then they would die! 
I looked on Ebay but they are quite expensive! Does anyone maybe have a small incubator they don't need or want anymore that still works perfectly and is willing to sell it for a low price (by low I mean like 20 - 25$).
