Looking for a chicken advocate

Hi i live in monmouth county nj Eatontown im looking for a chicken advocate someone who is educated on raising backyard chickens who lives in subarbs and how they wont cause a mess etc to speak in front of council and mayor plse help trying to pass a new ordinace zoning is involved already on meeting adjenda just need support
