Looking for a processor in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area

I live about 60 miles Northeast of Dallas and I am trying to find a processor in the area (just relocated, don't have birds yet but will soon). Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Problem with google is that in this area I end up with tons of results for the large processing plants that aren't what I need

. Disadvantage of "cow country" I suppose.

I believe there is a place in Campbell, can't remember the name though, they require a minimum of 75 I believe. Google Campbell Tx chicken It should bring it up. They raise pastured poultry, lamb, and grass fed beef.

I am in the Metroplex between Fort Worth & Dallas.
I looked all around Ft Worth and west to Weatherford last year for someome to process for me. No luck whatsoever. I ended up selling them to Hayes Farm in Mansfield (south of Ft Worth) http://hayesfarmtexas.com/
I dont know if they could have processed them for me or not. We had a language barrier.
If you do find one will you let me know?
