Bargain has some really nice, dark eggs from her Welsummers. I plan on getting some soon.

    ETA: Her birds are gorgeous.

Yes I know that, I was wondering how dark GypsyChic's are, since she says they are 'nice lrg brown eggs'. [IMG]

There are other breeds that lay dark brown eggs as well [IMG] I am really wanting welsummers, but any dark egg layer will do [IMG]

Well first off Happy birthday to you! Second I may have some Cuckoo Marans also after I finish filling an order tomorrow. Not sure how many yet tho my girls are finally slowing down after a very productive spring and summer. Everybody else I have lay light brown and green eggs or white. My marans lay dark brown eggs.
