Looking For Diagnosis for sick Polish Hen

Have a young Polish Hen that is crouching over and wings slightly apart ,not very lively and I you lift her and put her back down she will stumble off her feet also her head down,droppings seem normal any ideas as to whats up ?Have taken her indoors as int only about 2 c outside

Does her neck seem to be stuck down, as in wry neck? Are her wings drooped? She sounds as though she has something going on that is neurological, possibly Mareks disease, but other things such as poisoning, or severe dehydration could cause some of those symptoms. I would start her on vitamins with electrolytes, and dip her beak into the water or hold the water up to her beak to drink. Was she vaccinated for Mareks? Could she have been injured?
