Looking for Micks Chicks and Ruth & Denny Noel in Texas

Hi. I'm in TX, Waco area. Read that Micks Chicks who I have seen here has his own slaughterhouse. And read article about the one the Noels used to have in a Rodale publication.

Trying desperately to start our own and would like to connect with people who have been there, done that, for some advice.

Did you ever have any luck reaching any of the people, or starting your or facility? I just read about the Noel's as well and from my own Google search, they don't seem to have re-started their business.
