I’m not sure if you can tell by the pictures but it feels like a fluid sac on her chest. It sags when she walks. I noticed when she bent down to pick up a treat she threw up watery stuff. What to do??

It's called the crop, and that is part of their digestive system. Every chicken should have a crop.
I've had a few younger birds that threw up some liquid, and they were fine after that.
How many times has she thrown up?
It could just be that she had a big drink of water and spit some up when she bent over.

It looks like a pendulous crop which may be turning into sour crop. Can you isolate her with only water with electrolytes over night and feel of her crop in the early morning? Smell her breath to see if it is sour or bad. Do not massage a sour crop or squeeze her crop which could cause her to throw up and choke. A crop bra may be needed if she has pendulous crop. Here is some info about treating crop disorders to read:

It’s the first time I’ve noticed her do that and it was just that once. So it’s normal? It’s like a ball

Yes, every chicken has a crop that fills up during the day and then empties and is flat by the next morning. But your chicken looks to have an enlarged crop, and that can be from overeating for a long time, stretching the wall of the crop. Vomiting up liquid is a sign of a crop problem. An impacted crop is usually full and firm, and doesn’t empty overnight. A sour crop is usually from a long standing crop impaction that has become infected with bacteria or yeast/fungus. A pendulous crop may be difficult to treat, but may be managed with trying to get the crop to empty and wearing a crop bra. There are many threads about these to read here. Some give chilled coconut oil cut into small pieces to peck to help lubricate the food to move on. Miconazole or Monistat yeast cream, Nystatin (Medistatin,) or fluconazole can be given orally to treat a fungal infection. Some vets may prescribe antibiotic plus and antifungal. I am not an expert on treatment, but a vet might be helpful, just for the medicines. Azygous is a good member that has helped a lot of people, and the link above is hers.
