Of late my local feed store has stopped selling Manna-Pro starter crumble.
I can't help but wonder as I had an almost non-existent death rate before .
I've had a 200+ bird avg this season thanks to BYC "dry method" of hatch
ing .I've been told that I should have innoculated at day 2. Does anyone
know what this spray medicine is and where to buy it ? Also water born
illnesses are not an issue as I have 3 15 gallon heavy plastic jugs that
each have 3-4 gravity cups that work flawlessly as the jugs are sealed
and the cups are always left empty after the bird has drank it's fill .My
best guess is overcrowding so as a precaution I am expanding the run
area to 50'x85'. The main cage is 25'x 30' w/ gravity feeders and water
dispensers. By the way the reason for feeding everybody starter feed is
because my hatch dates are so close and the adults do great on it. RR.
