Losing its feathers??

I have 2 rhode island red. one of them and only one is losing its feathers! looks like she lost weight, but its maybe because of the absence of feathers. Its freaking me out!! Molting or disease?? :'(
If its milting, how will it stay warm in the winter?

If she is acting normal then she's probably molting. Mine are molting too and I was wondering if I needed to add some warmth for them when it gets really cold.
