I’m wondering if it’s just her losing winter feathers and getting summer feathers? There’s no mites or sign on any illness we also clean the coop once a week with daily pick ups. Any ideas what could cause this?

This looks like molting, I don’t see any signs of illness. If she acts healthy and doesn’t show any other symptoms, I’d say she’s fine. As far as I know, this looks exactly like a chicken if it were molting.

    • Possible molt, have you checked for mites/lice?

That’s what I was thinking but she didn’t lose this many feathers last year but wanted to get different opinions

Probable molt, may want to feed extra protein to help it along
