Loss of fluff/feathers around chicks bum

Hi all

One of my 3 week old chicks has seemed abit under the weather lately, very runny bum, and loss of fluff and feathers around its bum, any ideas what it is? They have been treated for lice and mites and are eating chick crumbs and oats. I'm new to raising chicks as I resuced these two xx

He/she has is sick very sick is it red there too?

She isn't red yet, just totally bald around her bum, I have been gently washing it to stop the poo from caking, she seems dopey and falling over a lot, sleeping more than she used to and just not content x

Does she move around is she under the heatlamp?
