loss of leg scales

i recently bought some bantams and one of them has no leg scales accept for on her toes? the pic is kind of blury but you can make out the dark color of the scales on her toes and the light gray of the skin on here legs.

Looks like maybe mites. Do search on mites and there will be remedies there and some descriptions.

Have not had THAT problem yet.

oh. just a thought, if it does not continue up the leg or on the other leg it might be some sort of abrasion or something.

i didnt know that scaly leg mites caused lose of scales. when i picked up these bantams i got 3 hens and a roo and i thought only the roo has scaley leg mites so i guess ill add her to my vaseline treatments.

With scaly leg they do lose there scales sometimes. Two of my girls were bad and I dont know if they will grow their scales back. Good luck with yours!
