I have an almost 4 year old coturnix quail (female). She in an indoor quail and has always been the healthiest of the flock. I noticed that she was dragging her body around her coop early yesterday morning. When I further investigated, I found that one of her legs wasn’t moving. She has been drinking water and moving around the coop (dragging her body). She’s not eating as much as she normally does.

Has this happened to anyone else? What’s going on? Is this just old age?

Four years old is very old for a coturnix quail. It might be injury, so I'd give her a thorough examination. If you don't find any injury, I would suspect age related issues.
