lost and found chicken...update needs to find new home pg 4

[what was i thinking]

got this chicken from a craigslist lost and found. was on ladies back deck for two weeks(in development). i told her i would love to adopt it if she didn't find the owners. so i went and got her two nights ago. they told me she/ he was making some noise but not a crow. after several hours of research i figured i would leave it up to the experts.... you guys! she is the same size as my laying hens, slw and ee.
will she be going from being called "penny" to "lucky" ? please let me down easy...

you said hen!!!!! hen!!! i did put her in a nesting box just to see and show "her" and she settled right down and start moving the hay around and fixing it up. but didn't stay too long... i know they don't lay on demand. i figured it my take a little while since she was homeless. she fits in here great and i would love her to stay. thanks

im thinking shes a he.. but very young,, i've never seen a barred hen that light. of course i wouldn't know... im not a fan of barred/cuckoo

no it is a hen guys shush. it looks just like my 10 moth old hen.

A female would be much darker, it HAS to be a male.
