Lost hen shows up today with five new chicks. Grand daughter is happy to see a predator didn'g get her. They look to be about a week old already. To many places to hid in our runs. I just can't cut any of the brush in the runs, this helps the chickens to get away from predators from the air.

The best kind, MUTTS. The hen is a Black Cochin, roo unknown. The run she is in is a cull run. The kids are not sure which ones they will keep and which ones are culled.
