One of my 3 1/2 year old Red Shouldered Yokohama roos, Col. Sanders, went to the big freerange in the sky. My mini horses were playing their "stallion games" & the Col. was just in the way. Luckily I have 2 more the same age & 7 more 3 month old roos that will be breeding by spring.

Oh, what a shame. Love his name!

One of my minis is a cutting horse wanna-be. While it can be useful when dealing with escapees, I cringe when she goes after the free-ranging birds! (so far, no fatalities!) [IMG]

I'm so sorry, beautiful roo! [IMG] My horse will have one of his "happy moments" and he goes crazy running around in his pasture....He hasn't run over a chicken yet...
