Lost plugs to my incubator

Will this affect my hatch? I mean my temp is stable and everything but I no longer have the plugs.

I don't use the plugs for my incubator voluntarily. With the plugs, there is no ventilation and condensation is more likely. If you ever needed them (to up the temperature or humidity), you could always cover the plug holes up with plastic wrap or tape. Do you know what the humidity is in your incubator?
