lost power for almost 4 days, do i toss the eggs?

    because this egg salad is funky.....oh wait, maybe that's the guacamole?.....nope, it's the egg salad.


    or do it toss this brown gravy?....oh wait....that's the guacamole.

    but for real tho. do i toss the eggs that have been in the fridge before the power went out or are they ok?

    I would probably eat them. I have been known to let my eggs sit on the kitchen counter for a week before I bother to put them in the fridge, if ever.
