lots and lots of birds for sale in texas

    i just wanted to let everyone know that my friends and i will be out at the montgomery county tradin' days this sunday.

    i'll be bringing the following if anyone is interested.

    BB reds in trios
    blue cochin pullets 8wk
    RIR pairs approx 14 wk
    laying ameraucanas 6 mo to a year old
    ameraucana pullets 6 wks old
    silver phoenix roo
    mottled houdan roo
    buff/white/red silkie roo
    muscovy ducks approx 3 mo old
    runner ducks 3 months to a year and a half old pairs
    pair of pekings 1 year and a half old
    mallard hen approx year old.

    my other friend will be bringing her sheep.

    Would you be willing to ship an americauna pullet (or two)? (The 6-week olds)

    i'm 45 min from the airport so it would be worth it for you in cost. (i would ship the marans boy but only because he's a blue marans.)

    i do know tinkertoy (on the other site) has ameraucanas and ships since she lives pretty close to the airport.

    but, my personal opinion, the best bet is to put an ad out in craigslist that you're looking for ameraucanas. they now allow livestock trading so you won't get flagged and i'm sure you'll find someone in your area that's selling those birds around that age.

    my local post office won't take them and they've told me if i want to mail live poultry i have to go to the airport office. sorry.
