Lots of my chickens eyes are infected?!

I dont know what’s happening, ive been trying my best to take care of a lot of my hens, roosters and juveniles eyes. Out of nowhere some of my chickens in one spot, somes had or have bubbles in there eyes others dont open there eyes at all, i dont know what to do anymore and the stress is so overwhelming. These birds are a mix of breeding stock, pet onlys, and ones i would sell if they weren’t sick.

Please help!! The first hen has it bad, plus her face is becoming discoloured
