Loud Rooster

Does anyone have an opinion on the neck things that are supposed to keep a rooster quieter. Mine is loud all day long! No complaints yet but if my neighbors complain i will have to get rid of him

My opinion...

For real my opinion is that they're cruel and can be harmful or fatal for the rooster.
They're a selfish device that were created with the owners wants placed above the roosters well being.
