My chickens name is buckwheat and Iam a first time owner have no clue what Iam doing Iam putting buckwheat outside in a small lean tool shed does it need to spacious and what should I UAE for flooring we live on a gravel road and our driveway is gravel is it safe to just gravel

How old is buckwheat?
What are you feeding him/her?
What are the temps like where you are?
Gravel likely won't hurt him/her--but grass is better and better on the feet.

Thank you buckwheat 7-9 weeks old and Iam feeding him/her purina starter feed non medicated right now it's about 87-92 degrees here winters are very warm and summers are extremely hot only have haveing 1 will he be lonly
 
right now you'll become his/her flock mate--but having a buddy would certainly be nice as they are social creatures. Can you upload a picture of your shelter and buckwheat?

edited to add: you'll probably want to give buckwheat some chick grit free choice. He's probably already gotten some from your driveway.
