The color is splash laced, a variation of blue laced. It's often found on Wyandottes. That bird appears to have a straight comb, I can't see all the body to tell if she's a Wyandotte or not, but I think it's more the color you're interested in than the breed, correct?

We have folks on byc that sell hatching eggs for some really pretty blue/splash laced birds.
