loving the green eggs!

31 yrs old and i cant believe how excited i got when i saw two green eggs in the coop. woohoo. but i may be going crazy cause i want to try and start hatching them and selling them. need some info on if im getting in over my head. have a barred rock and black leg dominecker rooster not sure which one to let fertilize the eggs, any ideas. western ky needs some advice. im still a hatchling myself

If they are pullet eggs from young hens who have just started laying, it is better to wait a few months until the eggs become larger as pullet eggs tend to produce smaller chicks and have poorer hatchability. Visit the Learning Center for more good information on raising and hatching chicks.
