I recently was checking one of my Marans and noticed she doesn’t have much in her crop at night. She is the lowest in the pecking order I think and has suffered some plucking. I think she may be getting bullied away from the feeders. She is otherwise healthy. Any advice on how to insure she is feeding enough?

I would use either a very long feeder, or something that lots of chickens can eat from. I always feel so bad when there is just this one chicken that has to be the lowest...
