    Hi Everyone,
I'm hoping someone can give me some advice. One of our baby EE's is becoming lethargic. I checked for Pasty butt and she's ok. Vent is clear. But when I picked her up I noticed a large lump in her throat the size of a large marble.
What can I do?? Thanks in advance [IMG]

Is it about midway between head and breast and slightly off to the side? If so, it is likely the crop and is normal. In the morning, before the chick has eaten or drank, it should have gone down.

Yep, that lump is normal. Might be something else if the chick is lethargic. Is your brooder to hot? How old are they?

Thank you! She is 6 days old and is fine this morning. Eating and pecking away.
