It seems like it would be too low and it is squishy.

I noticed it yesterday afternoon. She's still eating and pooping normally. It is on her right side, but it almost seems too low to be her crop.
It doesn't appear to have gotten bigger and it hasn't moved in 24 hours.
The girls are molting, but she hasn't started yet. We were getting a couple eggs here and there until about a week ago. If she is laying, it isn't in the duck house in the morning when I let them out and I've not seen any in the nest they use now and again by the garden.

What is it? I appreciate any help.

It seems to be in the area where a duck rests it's chest on the ground when laying down, I would check to see if there's a wound or an abscess, just my thoughts.

She has a small scab on the side of it that I forgot to mention.

Then it's probably an abscess, not sure if it should be left or opened up though.
