Lump on his chest?

Does anyone know what this is?? At first I just thought a full gullet but now not so sure. He doesn't seem bothered and eating and active. Just devoured some boiled egg with his sister's but it's freaking me out. He's 6 weeks but as you can see half the size of the others.

Oh sorry you meant did we change anything? Nope same feed, and they are still inside because we are building the run and it's been cold.

It seems like he/she may have a blocked gullet bc it was still hard but overfilled after eating. I found a thread on why to try and will do that tomorrow.
