Lump on side of neck of 2 week old chick...EDIT: It looks like AIR?!

Well, when I move her down so I can see her skin, her skin is transluscent and I can actually see a few large bubbles and some small ones under the skin. The whole lump is pretty soft. But the chick is pretty much laying down all the time now, although still eating and drinking sometimes.

And now the other chick that is the same breed has the same lump with air. So strange. Thanks to all who replied and posted links. I've read everything and am going to wait it out and see how they are in the morning.
