What do you think? Ingrown hair maybe? No other sypmtoms.
Not sure exactly! I am sure someone will come along and help!
I can't find anything on the Web that's close, so I'm hoping someone here has seen this before.
I know of something about a worm in the eye...I am not certain about under the eye though! I hope someone can help soon!
Does it feel hard? Or squishy?
Does it hurt her when you touch it?
I am wondering if maybe it is a cyst?
I it's hard to the touch. She doesn't like me messing with it. I'm still clueless! Looks the same today.
What is typical treatment for a cyst?
Although a cyst, a peck wound, or an insect bite could be the cause, many times swelling of the face with a watery eye can be a respiratory disease such as MG. It can be treated with Tylan 50 injectable given orally or as a shot. MG is infectious and will make carriers of birds for life.
Could MG be possible even if there are no other signs? She has no respiratory problems. Only a teary eye from the swelling of this lump. I only have 3 hens. She's inside by herself right now while I keep an eye on her.
