Lumps of black smelly "stuff" in new bag of feed????

New bag of Purina Start and Grow. Opened it up and there are several large, black, foul smelling, matted together clumps of feed. What is this; some sort of mold?

DO NOT feed any to them, take it back. It sounds like mold, and if they get into it it can cause permanant neurological damage.

Let them go hungry before you ever feed funky food. I learned this the hard way earlier this year.

Take it back ASAP. They may need to recall some feed.
