I have 11 khaki hens and 2 drakes. One drake picks on the other for the past several days. Won't let him go near the hens. I started segregating the bully from everybody during the day. But the little time they are together he still picks on the other. How can I help fix this? Or is this normal? If so how long?

It is normal behavior in drakes they just don't want to share the girls. So one drake gets pushed out or the flock, it may even escalate till the dominant drake injures or kills the subordinate drake. Best you can do is separate the drakes and divide the ducks between them. Pain in the you know what but to keep peace and any one from harm it's the only way, I know I have had to do it for many years.
