Have 4 dark Brahmas. Think this one with the white patches is the only rooster? Do all others look like hens? Am I right about the roo?

We need some Brahma experts for this one. To me, two of these birds look like they could be dark/light Brahma mixes but I could be very wrong.
Lol...bring on the experts! They’re from Hoover’s hatchery so aren’t they typically well bred? No clue over here. Everything I’ve read says the roosters are more blotchy in the hens have more penciling

I just see an awful lot of white in the one-- not sure if that's normal at so young an age or not. So hopefully people that know Brahmas well can help.

But generally speaking with birds of the dark/silver penciled color pattern, any bird with black feathers in the breast will be male and yes, the roosters are more blotchy in color and the hens more even all around.

So, my guess is that pic 1 is a cockerel, pic 3 is a pullet, and pics 5 and 6 are both cockerels. But second opinions and more are needed!

Ok here we are 8 weeks. That one with the most white was killed by my sisters dog - no comment. Here’s the other 3. All of these have some blotchy white that make me think rooster. The black shows some green sheen to it is well, does that mean rooster?

The green sheen isn't a male specific trait. All black feathers show the green sheen in sunlight, regardless of sex. I've never seen Dark Brahmas with such mixed up color pattern. I really couldn't say either way what sex they are for sure.
