Male muscovy feathers brittle, dry, looks unhealthy

Not sure what's wrong with my male muscovys feathers, see pic below, been like this for a few weeks. He's acting fine. What could this be? My 2 other ducks don't have this problem. What should I do? Thanks

I bought five two-year-old Muscovies this Spring, and they had brittle, dirty feathers because the previous owner did not take very good care of them, to say the least. They are currently molting, and the feathers coming back in look very pretty. Has he started molting yet?
