Male or female 3 wk old pekin bantams

Hi there I have 2 little bantam chicks who are 3 wks old is it to early to tell what sex they are they both have different feather development I think I might have a rooster and a pullet what do you guys think ?

Too young to tell. Are those Cochins? They shouldn't have Vulture Hocks.

I thought so I was told they are pure pekin bantams

Thank you I so want them to both be girls I can't keep roosters and having to rehome one or both would be heart braking
