Im not 100% sure at this stage, but if you put a gun to my head Id have to say roo...Im seeing some pointy saddle feathers there, which say Roo to me more so than the comb at this stage. Sorry.

ya, thats really too bad if thats the case. I like his/her coloring a lot.

But alas, I am only allowed 6 hens, no roos, I bought 8 chicks know that one could turn out to be a roo.

I say roo too. Sorry you can keep any roos they are great and tend to always be better dressed (AKA Pretty).
