Male or Female? Please Help

Ok, I would love to know if this is a male or female? This is the first time of having peafowl and I don't know how to tell. I want to get a mate for it. He/she is about 4 1/2 months old and is just a sweetie pie. Please help! I have more pictures if needed. Thanks.

At this point it appears to be female, however, the males don't even begin to get good rear feathers for several more months. They can't make a noteworthy fan until age 2 (if lucky) or 3 (more likely). Its like human boys and beards. We all look alike mostly for a long time, then very slowly changes began to differentiate.

Do the males usually have blue around the neck?

If they are blues they do.
you have a very healthy look hen there
