Hi everyone, I'm pretty new here to byc, I have joined in on the chicken threads, but I also started some quail as well. Have had them about 5 wks now, got 3 eggs today[IMG]! I did have 5 quail but 1 died for some reason. I'm wondering if any that I have are Roos, I'll try to put up pics, maybe someone will be able to tell. I'm kinda thinking that the one that died might have been my roo, it seemed like I would hear a different kind of noise, that I'm not hearing anymore.[IMG][IMG][/IMG][/IMG][/IMG]
Sorry, the white one wouldn't hold still, lol. Any thoughts would be great! Thanks!

Sorry but, I know nothing about quail. Please put "Quail thread," in the search box above and it will pop up for you. They should be able to answer your questions. [IMG]

G’Day from down under crsch1888 [IMG] Welcome!

I see you found the Quail Forum so I will just wish you all the best.

I hope you enjoy being a BYC member. There are lots of friendly and very helpful folks here so not only is it overflowing with useful information it is also a great place to make friends and have some fun.

You might want to also pop in and say hello on your local thread: https://www.backyardchickens.com/f/26/where-am-i-where-are-you ‘Find your State’s thread.

If you would like to share pictures and stories of your flock, you have come to the right place. BYC’ers never tire of these and do not back away slowly or commence eye rolling when the photo album or home videos come out [IMG]
