Male or female white turkeys?

I have been trying to figure out if two of my turkeys are females or males. I definitely know I have a male and one female but the female broke/twisted her leg and it never healed right so we will probably have turkey dinner tomorrow since she can't walk to good and can't get out of the rain like the others. Not sure if the pictures are of each one or just one. They look alike. Pictures aren't the greatest since they were fluffed up some and it was getting dark. One has more of the red than the other one.

How old are these birds? The first has the red neck of a male, but a really small snood.

They are 4 months old. Their heads remind me of a female/male mix. One has more of the skin around the base of the neck than the other. I'm assuming they are males but just want to be sure. We plan on getting a few types of turkeys next spring that won't get so big. Had leg problems with all of them from the weight. Going to make sure the next turkeys are put outside as soon as possible.
