Male or female ?

My Dominique ,now 20 weeks old, was acquired as a puppet. Last week she started crowing. Can anybody tell from this photo if this could be a male or female ?

I think that she was probably acquired as a 'pullet' rather than a 'puppet', but he is a cockerel. 100 % no doubt.
