There is no such thing as an Americana, that is code by the feed stores for Easter Egger. The true breed is Ameraucana, and this bird is not one of the standard colors, so not a purebred.

Most white with black trim EE's are male. While this bird has more uniform coloring (typical of the female white columbian type EE), there is a definite male vibe.

So I say highly likely male.
