Male old coturnix quail hasn’t pooped in a few days. His butt looks pasty and he just drooled (threw up maybe? It was clear) on me. What could be wrong?

We noticed he hadn’t pooped because we cleaned his whole enclosure two days ago and there’s no new poop on the ground since. That's a possibility, but coccidiosis is usually gotten from feces. Your setup looks pretty clean.
It is possible that he is simply reaching the end of his life. 3 years old is not young for a coturnix quail.
You mentioned that his vent is very dirty. Did you clean it to clear any potential blockage?@

I just gave him a bath! I didn’t use Epsom salt in case it’s diarrhea, don’t want to laxative him. He took it well and I kept him warm, he’s preening now. Acting pretty normal but doesn’t seem to be eating and isn’t crowing. Other than that he’s active, preening and walking around and drinking his Corid water. You mentioned that his vent is very dirty. The corid won't hurt. You might try seeing if he's eating by offering him some treats. Mine go nuts for zucchini and mealworms.I just gave him a bath! He’s eating a little today and his poop is still pure liquid- what could that mean? It’s yellowish whitish with no solid at all.The corid won't hurt. You might try seeing if he's eating by offering him some treats. Mine go nuts for zucchini and mealworms.
