I'm keeping you updated, for those who are interested. My neighbor has still not come over to get the turkeys though he may have but they really like it in my front yard.

Seems he has some males who sees mama turkey and start to plan their strategy. This on the road between our places.

You know, I don't really know since she is not my turkey. Any one of the ones there, I suppose, and I see one beyond their fence too. I just inherited her because she liked my front yard enough to set on eggs under my window!! I have been feeding them chick feed and keeping water out for them.

The neighbor just isn't taking them to his house, so I get to watch them. They are so cute, one baby has only one eye. He always gets behind and mama has to call him.

That is so cute!! Are they friendly? I think I would like to get some turkey's next year, but I am worried about them being mean.

I should think others with turkeys would know more, but these are not mean. She keeps her distance, what with the babies and all, but I even mow the lawn and she does not go too far away while I am mowing.

    She is definitely not mean.
