Malformed Bill in 3 week old

One of our 32 new ducklings was born with a bill malformation. He is eating and drinking fine so far, but is slightly runtier than the rest of his flock of 20. His bill seems to be growing with him, it just looks smashed up on the top. Is there anything special we should be doing for our special guy?

I'd provide moistened feed in a deep pan to assure that it gets enough to eat. Hopefully the bill will not worsen as the duckling grows.

That's exactly what I do for the one I have that is like that.
