Three day old Mallard duckling. Set seven eggs and they all hatched. Such tiny little cuties.

Some of the mallard's siblings.

The 12 mix breed that hatched at the same time. They lean heavy to Rouen, but there is khacki, cayuga, and runner in the mix as well.

They were a practice hatch with a new incubator before getting shipped eggs.

No, I want to sell all of them as I don't have the room right now to keep them. I'm waiting until after Easter to prevent them being bought for kid's toys.

My daughter is getting some expensive exhibition duck eggs shipped and I wanted to make sure I still remembered how to hatch waterfowl. She also bought a new incubator for our shared hatching activities and it was too chancy to jump right in without giving it a test drive.
