Mallard duck eggs in uk(London)

Hi everyone,
Just wondering if there is a good place to get flying mallard duck eggs(for hatching) this season in the Uk. Any suggestions? Also is there any special instructions for hatching and raising mallard duck eggs? Is eBay a good site to buy eggs from?
