Weak mallard ducklings legs dry?

If your feeding chick starter then your duckling could be suffering from a niacin deficiency.
It always seems there is one in every crowd, Cooked eggs are good but not giving your duckling all the nutrients it is needing. you dont say where you are located but if your in the USA please go to the closest TSC and get Liquid B complex and start giving it to your duckling. At a week old 1/2 ml to start daily over feed just a small amount of feed or over smashed egg so your sure he is getting full dose, or by tiny drops just inside the bill or right along side the bill. You can buy a 1 ml syringe with out needle and use if for dosing, Also when offering any food other than a starter they need chick grit to be able to process it properly, not mixed into their feed just a small bowl close by so they can use it as needed. also you might try making a warm mush out of their feed and seeing if you can get her to drink some since you say she drinks. That would be a good way to get the B complex into her.

Thank you for the answer <3 🦆

Do you have her isolated with heat? If she were sitting in water for a time, she is most likely chilled and needs to get her body temp regulated again.
